During her tenure she took over and rescued five insurance companies that had financial problems. She has brought her financial acumen and process orientation to Moody Eyes since 2016, greatly improving our operations and profitability.
Penn Moody, OD, has practiced optometry for over 40-years. During that time, he has owned several practices and worked in a variety of patient care settings. In 2005 he established Moody Eyes, which has grown to multiple locations and increasing revenue. He brings a business ownership background with leadership, marketing, branding, and staff training expertise.

We have found that every business needs a “Core 7” of Subjects. These include the following:

Key Activities – these are the core activities of your business
Front Desk – this how your staff interacts with customers and prospects
